George Cassiere, ASA, CFA - President
George founded Pace in 2002. He is an accredited Senior
Appraise AND Chartered Financial Analyst, holding an MBA
degree from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Finance
with honors from Florida State University. George has been
published in numerous publications and speaks frequently to
professional organizations. George has over 3 decades of
corporate finance and ESOP consulting experience and over this
time he has been part of hundreds of successful capital
raising projects and equity transfers. He was formerly the
Managing Director of Goelzer Investment Banking and a treasury
professional at Eli Lilly & Company with corporate finance
responsibilities. He has served as President of the Indiana
State Chapter of the ESOP Association and the Finance
Committee of the National ESOP Association. George enjoys
spending time with family and loves to travel, boat, hike &
golf. He loves college football & the 3-time national champion
Seminoles of Florida State.

Alex Quade, CPA - Managing Director
Alex comes to Pace from Ernst & Young's Financial Services
division where he served as a Senior Tax Accountant. He joined
Pace in 2020 and previously interned with Pace prior to
graduating from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business
with a B.S. in both Finance and Accounting. Since joining
Pace, Alex has earned his Advanced Business Valuation
designation from the AICPA and an MBA with a concentration in
Finance from the Kelley School of Business. Alex enjoys
getting to know clients and their businesses so that he can
identify solutions that meet their personal and professional
goals. Additionally, Alex plays an integral role in servicing
Pace's valuation clients ranging from ESOPs to intrafamilial
equity transfers. Outside of work, Alex enjoys trying new
craft breweries, boating, and watching college football.
Despite coming from Indiana University, Alex has given up on
the Hoosiers and has reverted to rooting for his family's
team, the 8-time national champion Ohio State Buckeyes.

David Glessner - Controller
Dave joined the Pace team in 2016 and has played an integral
role in the firm's growth. As Senior Valuation & Corporate
Finance Consultant, he assisted in all aspects of the firm's
client services delivery. Moving to Controller in 2021, Dave
has greatly assisted in the evolution of systems and processes
related to accounting and financial matters. Dave graduated
from University of Minnesota with a B.S. in Business
Management and earned his MBA at the University of St. Thomas.
Dave's professional background includes senior positions at GE
Capital, Ford Financial Services, and Dell Financial Services.
His experience also includes multi-unit franchisee ownership
for several concepts in health and wellness. Dave enjoys golf,
running, and tennis, as well as pickleball and downhill
skiing. He is also a lifelong fan of the University of
Minnesota sports and the Minnesota Vikings.

Brian Goldner - Senior Project Manager
Brian joined Pace after working for Rolls-Royce on the finance
team in U.S. Defense Programs. Prior to starting at
Rolls-Royce, he graduated with honors from Butler University's
Lacy School of Business with a B.S. in Finance. Starting as a
Valuation Analyst in 2021, Brian was promoted to Project
Manager in Business Valuations while also managing the firm's
business development/marketing efforts. Throughout his
undergraduate career and post-graduation, Brian enjoys serving
the community through Butler sponsored events. In addition to
playing golf and frisbee golf in his free time, he takes part
in CCA sponsored sporting leagues including basketball and
kickball. Brian is also a huge New Orleans Saints fan and
participates in several fantasy football leagues with family
and friends every year.

John Cherry - Valuation Analyst
John joins Pace after graduating from Indiana university's
Kelley school of business with a B.S.B in both accounting and
finance. Prior to joining the team full time, he worked as an
intern for 6 months developing his skills in M&A and business
valuation. In addition to his experience at Pace, he served an
internship in public accounting specializing in audit. When
John isn't working, you will find him spending time with
friends and family or on the golf course.

Annette Cassiere - Administration Assistant
Annette has been with Pace since its inception in 2002 and has
played a key role in helping the firm administratively. Prior
to helping her husband in the creation and running of the
firm, Annette served University of Virgina & Butler University
in Career Services and NCL in various areas. Annette loves to
travel, especially cruising. When not traveling Annette
greatly enjoys family time, evening boat rides, and attending
concerts.

Thomas Totten - Co-Founder, Stokastique
Pace is privileged to partner with Tom and his firm in the
area of ESOP Sustainability and ESOP repurchase obligation
analysis. Tom helped create a modeling tool which is unseen in
the industry that provides repurchase obligations under
thousands of different scenarios. Holding a PhD in Actuarial
Sciences from Oklahoma State and an undergraduate degree from
Notre Dame, Tom served as a CEO for Nyhart for 12 years.
Nyhart, majority owned by its ESOP, grew significantly under
Tom and sold for a considerable valuation premium. In addition
to specializing in repurchase obligations and ESOP
sustainability, Tom is an expert in other areas including
mergers & acquisitions, ERISA knowledge, and executive
management.
Lisa Hague - Co-Founder, Stokastique
Lisa co-founded Stokastique in 2023 with the intention of
helping organizations keep their ESOPs indefinitely. Her
firm's consultations to clients include funding ESOPs like a
pension plan by analyzing the repurchase obligations and
creating a flexible funding policy. Lisa served as a CEO of
NyHart (an ESOP company), leading all aspects of the company
including long-term strategy, operations, finance, sales and
information technology. She holds a B.S. in Finance from
Indiana University, an MBA in Operations Management from Ball
State University, and is a certified public accountant as well
as certified risk manager.
Jackie Salmon - President, ESOP Concierge, LLC
Working alongside Pace for over a decade, Jackie has over 30
years of experience in detailed ESOP compliance and
administration, ESOP consulting, and retirement planning.
Jackie holds a B.S. and M.S. in both Education and Mathematics
from Indiana University. She is a member of the National
Center for Employee Ownership, a member of several ESOP
company boards, and a former executive committee member of the
Indiana Chapter of the ESOP Association.
Steven A. Goodman - Partner at Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman
P.S.C.
Steven A. Goodman is a Shareholder/Partner with Lynch, Cox,
Gilman & Goodman, PSC. His practice concentrates in the areas
of transactional matters, tax, corporate & security law,
business succession planning, employee benefits
(specialization in ESOPs) and estate planning. Prior to
joining Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman, P.S.C., Mr. Goodman was
a Shareholder/Partner with the Louisville, Kentucky firm of
Goldberg-Simpson, P.S.C. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Mr.
Goodman holds a 1974 undergraduate degree from Indiana
University, a 1977 Law Degree from the University of Kentucky
and a 1981 Masters of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown
University Law Center.
